THE MISSION OF BAS

Each of our students has a story and a path. We are dedicated to helping our students discover their true potential and interests, while presenting them with a realistic view of a future they can hope for.

The purpose of our mentorship support is to identify and foster the interests and abilities of students that hold the greatest promise for their future.

We believe that investments pay dividends, that everybody is good for something, and that anyone can find his or her niche in life.

 What brings us together are close personal relationships and mutual trust and respect. They are the core of success for all contemporary organizations, and we instill them as part of our students’ ethics.

 We believe that diversity is an advantage that can multiply success.

 We believe that problems are engines of development, and that almost all problems can be solved. We support our students when they make mistakes, as mistakes are inevitable on the path to achieving true mastery.

 We continuously improve our programs and teaching methods, while carefully tailoring them to current conditions on the ground. We offer applicable skills and provide opportunities for practical involvement in the real business world for each of our students.

 We believe that mastery is most easily achieved in a comfortable and engaging environment. To develop it, we often use games, which we see as an integral part of our joint journey to professional mastery.
